My family began using Personal IT Solutions probably 4 or 5 years ago for encountered problems with our home pcs. They respond to inquiries quickly, and most of the time can come that day to assess/fix the problem. When we opened a business in 2008, we had Personal IT Solutions set up our business pc's as well. They did an awesome job and have been there since to help when problems arise. What we find most important is that we trust Kevin in our home, as well as our business, even when we are not able to be there when he is. We also have never been over charged for any service. We love the consistency of having the same person work on our computers whenever the need arises. Finally, we want to support local businesses, and Personal IT Solutions has simply PROVED ITSELF to be a top-notch computer repair company in the Winston-Salem area. Without a doubt the best place to go for Computer repair is Personal IT Solutions. I first took my computer to the big name chain, I was told it would cost excess of $500 to replace a bad motherboard and they actually recommended I try Personal IT Solutions. I was glad they did! Kevin took one look at my computer and had me fixed for $60 in UNDER AN HOUR!!! So without a doubt, they are the BEST place to go! --Pat S.

Kevin and his team go the extra mile in every way to give fast, good and reliable service. There was one problem I had with uploading an old program to a new computer and Kevin wouldn't quit until he had figured it out (even took the computer home with him!) Best Pc repair shop I've dealt with.
These guys are amazing and so knowledgeable. I had troubles after installing service pack 3 for windows xp, my computer wouldn't boot up.They called me back the same day to let me know they could fix it! I approved the work and picked it up the next morning. Usually dealing with computer shops is a pain but they made everything so easy and so FAST!
